Project Description:
This project began with an inventory of the facilities and all the parks within the district. We then obtained the demographics and determined the ideal number of various facilities for this size population. We met several times with a wide variety of organizations for public to hear their input. Using all this information, we prepared District-Wide Recommendations. We then prepared probable Cost Estimates for each and prepared a Priorities LIsting. With a pre-determined Annual Capital Expenditure amount, we prepared a Fiscal Plan.
