Project Description:
Our OSLAD Grant process begins with the site identified for a new or renovation project being identified. We then obtain available site development data and prepare initial concept diagrams. Next, we conduct Public Input meetings. Following public input, design concepts are refined. Staff review meetings refine the plans and cost estimates. A Park Board presentation is made. With their approval, the Grant Application is written. This involves a detailed narrative of the project, detailed cost estimate, description the planned construction- both timing and approach. We then prepare all supporting graphics and documentation for the Grant Application
