3D Design Studio is proud to announce that the
Village of Libertyville Downtown Streetscape Project
has won the
2003 APWA Chicago Metropolitan Chapter
Project of the Year Award.

Through the design and project management of 3D Design Studio and the civil engineering of Gewalt Hamilton Associates Inc., the Village of Libertyville has completed the fourth phase of the Downtown Streetscape Project. The improvements featured IDOT regulated changes to Milwaukee Avenue (State Route 21) including decorative traffic signals, roadway lighting and new lane geometry. Pedestrian improvements included lighting, street trees, "mini plazas," brick paver walkways, site furnishings, light poles with banners, and the design of two community parks.

Together we made a beautiful renovation of Downtown Libertyville.
